These terms apply to your use of Rate My Booth, operated by Rate My Booth. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What Rate My Booth is — and isn't
Rate My Booth gives a visual assessment of a single photo of a retail booth or display. Grades, scores, and recommendations are opinions produced by software using a published rubric. They are not an objective measure of business success, they can be wrong, and they can't account for your sales, prices, customers, location, or anything not visible in the photo. We don't guarantee that following any recommendation will increase sales or produce any particular result. Use your own judgment and follow your venue's rules.
2. Your photos
- Only upload photos you took or have the right to use.
- Please avoid photographing people. Don't upload photos that are unlawful, harmful, or that contain other people's private information.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process each photo you submit to provide your report and to extract the structured, non-identifying observations described in our Privacy Policy for aggregated trend research. We won't display your photo publicly without your separate permission.
3. Fair use and limits
Rate My Booth is free and limited. We apply daily and weekly limits per network, may ask you to complete a verification check, and may pause grading when capacity is reached. Don't attempt to get around limits, overload the service, scrape it, probe its security, or use it to build a competing dataset or model.
4. Emails
We only email you what you ask for. A report copy is a one-time email. The Resale Radar newsletter is optional, requires confirmation, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Newsletter trend findings describe patterns in submitted booth photos — not sales data — and aren't financial or business advice.
5. Sharing and report links
Anyone with your private report link can view your report and photo, so share it carefully. A share link shows only your grade and score. The downloadable social image includes your photo, top strength and top tip; once you post it, it's public on that platform and subject to its terms.
6. Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks booths by score among approved, opted-in grades. Taking part is optional and never guarantees a rank, a feature, or any particular placement. We may approve, reject or remove any entry — for example duplicates, repeated submissions, photos of someone else's booth, manipulated images, or inappropriate booth names — and may pause the leaderboard at any time. If you choose to feature your photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and give us permission to display it on the leaderboard until you withdraw that permission from your report page or the photo's retention period ends.

Links to other services, such as PocketPrice, are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or sales, arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
